TCPA consent
Definition
TCPA consent is a consumer’s agreement, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, to receive calls or texts made with automated systems or prerecorded voices. For marketing calls and texts, consent generally must be prior express written consent, clearly disclosed and not a condition of purchase. Lead forms that lead to calls need it.
