A CRM that knows what they calculated

Every lead lands in Contacts with its calculations attached. Work the pipeline, assign owners, tag, note and export — or forward everything to the CRM you already use.

How it works

5 steps, start to finish

  1. Lead arrives

A calculator submission creates or updates the contact and records its source.

  2. Qualify

Open the Calculator tab to see the loan amount, down payment and program they explored.

  3. Assign & tag

Give the lead an owner and tags such as “FHA” or “first-time buyer”.

  4. Work the pipeline

Move through lead statuses, add notes; the activity timeline records what happened.

  5. Export or sync

Export CSV any time, or forward new leads to another CRM by webhook.

FAQ

Built-in CRM: your questions

Straight answers about built-in crm — plans, limits and how it behaves.

Still stuck? Ask the team — we reply within one business day.

Q.01Do I have to use the CalcFunnel CRM?
No. Leads are always saved there, but many customers forward them by webhook to HighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot or a loan-origination system and treat CalcFunnel as the capture layer.
Q.02Can I import existing contacts?
CalcFunnel is built to capture new leads from calculators. For moving data out, CSV export is available on every plan.
Q.03How many contacts can I store?
Free: 1,000. Pro: 10,000. Business: unlimited.
Q.04Can my team share the CRM?
Yes. Pro includes 5 seats and Business unlimited seats, with owner assignment on each contact.
Q.05What is the client portal?
An optional, separately authenticated area where you can invite contacts to log in. It keeps customer access completely separate from your team’s workspace.
Q.06Is contact data secure?
Each workspace is isolated at the database level, sign-in supports two-factor authentication, and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest.
Q.07Is there an API?
Yes. A REST API (v1) with token authentication covers contacts and saved filters, with rate limits by plan.
Q.08Can I see which calculator produced the most leads?
New leads are tagged with the calculator they came from, so you can filter contacts by source.
